Our minimum commitment is 4 hours per month for each home, ensuring that your property receives the attention it deserves. However, our dedication often goes beyond the minimum, as we engage in projects, liaise with contractors, review work, and procure necessary supplies to keep your home in optimal condition.

    We understand the importance of efficient scheduling. That's why we typically organize visits every week, ensuring regular maintenance and timely attention to any emerging needs.

    Our pricing structure is straightforward: $75 per hour, with a minimum charge of 1 hour per visit. Any additional time spent overseeing projects, vendors, and work will also be billed at this hourly rate. This fee reflects our expertise, dedication, and commitment to excellence in every task we undertake.

    In the event of after-hours or weekend emergencies (after 5 pm or on weekends), we offer additional assistance at a rate of $100 per trip. Your peace of mind is our priority, and we're here to address any urgent matters promptly and effectively.

    We believe in providing exceptional service without the burden of long-term contracts.

    When it comes to payment, we prioritize convenience for our clients. Our billing process is designed to be hassle-free and flexible. Typically, we send invoices on a monthly basis, providing you with a clear overview of the services rendered. However, if there are significant purchases or services during the month, we also offer mid-month billing for your convenience.
